Let Marion Nestle, Paulette Goddard Professor of Nutrition, Food Studies, and Public Health at NYU's Steinhardt School, help navigate your nutrition as she shares her views on how and why choosing what to eat is more difficult than ever. She will examine the politics of food and the role of marketing on our dietary choices. Professor Nestle is the author of What to Eat: An Aisle-by-AisleGuide to Savvy Food Choices and Good Eating.
