Casting in NYC

CASTING
Performance Space 122 in association with Chez Bushwick, Movement Research and Instituto Cervantes are seeking dancers, actors, writers, directors, choreographers, and visual artists to participate in an exploratory workshop with Spanish choreographer Juan Domínguez.

From… to… in New York will be the fifth of six workshops that will happen in 2007 (Madrid, Beijing, Montevideo, Rio de Janeiro, New York and Vienna).
The workshop will take place in New York City December 17-21, five hours in the afternoon per day, final times and schedule TBA. This is a free workshop, no pay.

Juan Domínguez is performer and choreographer and studied ballet, contemporary dance and video in Spain and USA. He received several grants to study at Movement Research in New York, city where he also studies different techniques and yoga. Since 1987 he works as a performer and artistic assistant with different choreographers and companies in Europe. Since 1992 he develops his own work.
