Find a place where and a position in which you can sit comfortably for fifteen minutes.
Stretch your arms in front of you, palms together, elbows straight, arms parallel to the floor.
As you inhale through your nose, open your arms completely as if creating giant wings and say to yourself:
"I open myself fully to receiving creative inspiration."
As you exhale through your nose or mouth, bring your palms back together again.
Repeat in sets of ten, three times for thirty mantras. Take your time, no rush.
